Secret endings are usually quite challenging to reach, and Pragmata‘s is no exception.
In order to reach the secret ending in Pragmata, you’ll have to complete a variety of tasks, like finishing the Unknown Signal and 100%-ing each sector. However, if you don’t want to find every safe box, REM, mod, as well as the other collectibles, we’ll list out what happens at the very end of this guide.
Here’s how to get the secret ending in Pragmata and what happens.
How to unlock the secret ending in Pragmata
To get the secret ending in Pragmata, you’ll need to have first completed the game on any difficulty, so you can unlock the Unknown Signal. Afterward, you must continue your playthrough rather than starting a New Game Plus file.
From here, you must finish the following tasks:
- 100% the Solar Power Plant, Mass Production Array, Terra Dome, Lunum Mines, and Central Port sectors.
-
Complete all Hidden Chamber challenges.
- This also means that you’ll have to beat the MK-II versions of each sector boss, which we unlocked after finishing four Hidden Chamber challenges.
- Equip the Black Box mod, which is one of the rewards after you complete the Hidden Chamber, and beat the upgraded version of Eight.
Note that you do not need to complete every training simulation, find every Mini Cabin figure, or upgrade component to reach the secret ending.
After you beat Eight again, go through all the way to the end, which includes beating the dead filament boss on the Moon, and watch the cutscene after the credits to its completion.
Now here’s a bit more about that ending — spoilers
What is the secret ending in Pragmata?
After the cutscene of Diana on the beach at the end of Pragmata, the screen will fade to black, and you’ll hear Cabin say, “Welcome back. What’s this? Traveling alone today?”
Then, you’ll be greeted with an image of Hugh and Diana, as seen below.
